Overview
Kwam.E is a rising German rapper known for his sharp lyricism, retro-inspired style, and high-energy performances.
Project Scope: Visual Identity & Tour Branding
I collaborated with German rapper Kwam.E to elevate his visual identity and bring a bold, cohesive aesthetic to his music and live performances. The project included creating a bespoke 3D visualizer and accompanying graphics, all tailored to reflect his retro-futuristic sound and high-energy presence.
Key Deliverables:
Concert Visual Mockups: Created branded concert and stage design mockups to establish a consistent visual narrative for promoters and live events.
Custom Posters and Graphics: Designed tour posters and promotional materials for both digital and print distribution across Germany, aligning with the new visual direction.
3D Visualizer Animation: Produced a bespoke 3D animated visualizer used across multiple venues during his national tour, creating immersive backdrops that amplified the live experience and reinforced the new brand language.
This project brought together storytelling, visual identity, and motion to support Kwam.E’s evolving brand — both onstage and online.

Problem
Kwam.E was evolving as an artist, but his visual identity hadn’t caught up with his sound or stage presence. The challenge was to create a visual system that captured his dynamic energy, nodded to his influences, and felt current for a digital-first audience.
Project Goals:
Build a bold, versatile brand identity
Create assets that stand out on streaming platforms and social media
Establish a cohesive look for live shows and tours
Reinforce his growing reputation through visuals
Creative Process:
We started by digging into his musical references, 90s hip-hop, sci-fi aesthetics, bold typography, and streetwear. From there, I sketched identity concepts and design systems that could scale across touchpoints. The visual strategy needed to reflect movement, attitude, and rhythm. So motion design played a key role from the beginning.
Growth as a Designer:
This project pushed me to blend brand storytelling with live experience design. Bringing static identity work into motion and physical spaces. It also deepened my ability to design for music culture while balancing commercial objectives.

Solution
The deliverables were part of a wider brand refresh tied to new music releases and a national tour. Each asset was designed with adaptability in mind — from social media to stage.
Key Channels:
Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify (for music promotion and motion content)
Printed posters and flyers (used in cities across Germany)
Live venues (tour visualizer + stage design mockups)
Consistency Across Assets:
A tight brand system — including colour palette, custom logo, typography, and motion rules — ensured that everything from a tour poster to a concert backdrop felt unmistakably Kwam.E.
Creative Constraints:
We worked within limited timeframes tied to music drops and venue deadlines. I prioritised modular design elements and built templates that allowed for quick adaptation without sacrificing visual quality.
In Public:
The 3D visualizer became a core part of the stage design during Kwam.E’s national tour, playing on LED screens behind him. Tour posters were distributed across German cities, while the updated logo and graphics became key elements across his online presence.
