A1 Global

A1 Global Logistics is an international freight and shipping company serving businesses across Europe and beyond. Known for its efficient logistics solutions and expanding service network, the company needed a visual overhaul to match its growing reputation.

Brand Identity

UX/UI

Overview

The project aimed to reposition A1 Global Logistics with a clean, trustworthy brand identity and modern customer-facing assets that improved how they communicated their services.

Project Scope: UX/UI, Brand Identity

Scope & Deliverables:

  • New logo and visual identity system

  • Print brochure for trade shows and client outreach

  • Full UX/UI design for a responsive company website

Problem

A1 Global Logistics had a dated logo and an underperforming website that didn’t reflect their scale or professionalism. They lacked a cohesive brand system and had no printed materials that effectively communicated their services in a concise, visual format.

Project Goals:

  • Modernise the visual identity to reflect credibility and global capability

  • Design a website that is user-friendly, responsive, and encourages inquiry

  • Create a print brochure to support sales, networking, and trade events

Brainstorming & Ideation:

I began by researching visual trends in the logistics and B2B space, focusing on what builds trust, clarity, and authority. Sketching logo concepts led to a form that subtly suggests movement, direction, and reliability. For the website, I mapped common user journeys and structured content around their core services and contact pathways.

Design Growth:

This project depended my ability to distil complex service offerings into clear, engaging visual communication. It also allowed me to practice aligning print and digital design under one consistent identity, while managing real-world constraints.

Solution

This was a standalone brand refresh, not part of a larger campaign, but it served as a foundation for future marketing materials and digital initiatives.

Designed For:

  • Print (A4 sales brochure, trade show collateral)

  • Web (Responsive UX/UI for desktop, tablet, and mobile)

Consistency Across Assets:

The new logo established a clean and minimal design system that extended into layout grids, colour usage, typography, and iconography. The brochure and website both followed the same visual hierarchy and tone, ensuring seamless cross-channel branding.

Constraints & Adaptations:

With a lean client team and a limited rollout budget, I prioritised efficiency — delivering flexible templates, developer-ready UI files, and print-ready assets. This allowed A1 to scale the design work internally post-launch without losing quality.
